NOTICE: Solicitation for Sealed Bids for DEPOSITORY BANKING SERVICES

Notice is hereby given that the City of Cut and Shoot, Texas is soliciting applications from eligible and qualified institutions within the State of Texas for the following: RFA# 2026-00316: DEPOSITORY BANKING SERVICES
Sealed applications will be received until 2 p.m. on May 13, 2026, at the City of Cut and Shoot City Hall, Attention: Lavonne Renfro, City Secretary, 14391 Highway 105 East, Conroe Texas 77306.
RFAs must be received and time stamped by the City Secretary prior to the aforementioned time, after which time all qualified applications will be opened and read aloud at City of Cut and Shoot City Hall. No late RFAs will be accepted.
RFA documents may be obtained from the City’s website at www.cutandshoot.org, the City Secretary’s Office at City Hall, or by email to cs@cutandshoot.org.
RFAs may also be viewed and submitted electronically through cs@cutandshoot.org. Electronic RFAs must be submitted before the 2 p.m. deadline on May 13, 2026.
The City of Cut and Shoot reserves the right to reject any and all RFAs and to waive any informality in RFAs received. The City of Cut and Shoot pays for goods and services according to the provision of Chapter 2251 of the Government Code. The award of the Depository Bank Services contract is scheduled for consideration by the City of Cut and Shoot City Council, at its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at the City of Cut and Shoot City Hall, located at 14391 Highway 105 East, Conroe, Texas 77306.
