NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE: City Council adopted an ordinance amending water utility rates and regulations, increasing utility deposits to $200-$1,000, establishing a 3.5% card-processing fee, revising reconnect charges, and authorizing automatic SJRA pumpage fee adjustments, and providing for fines, effective August 1,2026.
